Wired News: Windows Remixes
So my first story for Wired News is online as of today (Hyperlinked!), and as luck would have it, it's the lead story. Pretty cool, huh?
I did notice one screw-up, though (thanks to some persnickity readers). Windows XP N (the EU version) isn't technically cheaper, just stripped of the media player.
Anyway, the process was a very easy one, and I already have some more bits scheduled with them. Finally this freelance thing is starting to, you know, result in publication.
P.S. Someone added the term 'Begs the question.' Yeah, I know that's not grammatically correct, either, but what are we, writers?

Oh, awesome! I was reading this today. It was posted through Cnet. Didn't realize it was you that wrote it. Anyways, I thought it sounded really cool, so now I want to try out some of these different flavors on my "Legacy" aka POS computer.
I was just thinking today that Gizmodo sucks now, too bad you had to leave. I don't know if its worse now solely because you left, or because they are putting a bunch of non-gadget related stories up, but it just isn't the same.
good work. I'm sure vanman would like this article. but yeah, i read gizmodo yesterday. i am disappointed actually. some dude writing a big rant on how he wants computers to be made idiot proof because he lost some stuff. on the plus side, i have decided that i like wonkette.
